I must confess, I've never shot one of these matches, but have stopped by on several occasions to watch the action while I was at the range doing other things. They're a friendly group and the matches look like fun. Some pretty serious rifles there, and it's clear my CZ455 (accurate as it is) won't cut it.

Anyway, I asked David (Cox, the match director) and he tells me they're shooting ABRA targets these days. Nice, covered firing line with solid benches....

https://ntxrleague.com/ they run a 22prs match in north dallas

These matches are held north of Dallas in the town of valley view on interstate 35 at a private range. It is a precision steel match from 25 yards to 200 yards. They shoot some stages from the bench , some prone and some positional. They will also be holding a long range steel match later this summer shooting from 150 yards to 350 yards. They are also in the process of talking to the NRL about holding a NRL22X match out there .You can get more information from their website and Facebook page.

ABRA is Automatic br. Mainly 10/22 based rifles.

Its a 120 shot match plus sighters. I usally shoot 160 to 170 rounds. You can shoot a single shot or repeater. We shoot prone but there are some benches. Its a fun match so the rules are flexable. We have some shooters that have trouble shooting prone they have neck or back issues. So they use a bench. You can use a bipod and bag or a frount rest and bag. If you want ill send you my number and answer all questios i can

What holds targets to frame. Some times that are attached to the frame. Sometimes you supply
