Your best bet is to find someone with a lathe that will make it for you.How hard would it be to cut an RCBS die down?
I don't have easy access to a lathe or band saw. Would a carbide blade on a Sawzall do it? I could sacrifice a couple of junk lock rings as a blade guide.
If its for something with a .308 case head, an old RCBS 45acp die works really well. Just pull the guts out and the cases will fit through the top just fine.
