Magazine adapter?

I'm having a 6BR built on a Predator. I've read about the modifications that can be done on a Rem magazine to feed 6BR. And I'm aware of the HS Precision option.

I've also read about how the Tikka and Rem 788 single stack magazines feed the 6BR great.

So here's my question. Has anyone made an adapter that you can attach to a Rem SA magazine well that will allow the use of either a 788 or Tikka mag?

I was thinking about this today. Something like a Teflon or aluminum block that would snap in place. But would have an opening that would allow a 788 or Tikka mag to be positioned correctly.

Just curious. Thanks.

sorry cannot help myself but I'm interested in your result??

Are you planning to hand cut the HDPE or mill it??
Milling will introduce some heat and may cause some warping??

Have you got access to a Tikka 595 action??
if yes it will enable you to replicate the magazine catch and feed slot into the bottom of the action.

Shouldn't be too hard from there to adapting it to fit the Rem700 stock bottom metal profile.

NFI about the 788's.

I don't have access to any milling equipment. So when I get some Delrin I'll hand cut it. not sure if it will work but heck I need something to do.

I had forgotten to list the AI mags. I just figure with all of the interest in the 6BR. There would be someone who has tried the mag adapter concept.
