Never been a complaint about the work, but rather receiving the scale and money then going silent for months, leaving customer fully pissed off and in the dark.Yes I’m familiar with Scott, On the positive side many people have an opposite experience and the product received is outstanding.
Huh. Put a small bubble level ontop of the scale and then use the left screw leg to level the bubble. THEN set all to zero and see where you are at on the pointer. if low then add some pieces of bird shot to pan to get to zero. ( can use an exacto blade to cut off slivers of lead). Then remove the screw from pan holder, gently remove with exacto and add the lead pellets you put in the pan.It does, still could not get it level.
