I'm shooting my 308 bolt gun when I see a cap screw in my scope tube. Just laying there. I shoot another round and it moves to a diff position. Oh oh. That ain't right. Burris black diamond 8-32 x50 .1 moa, mil dot reticle. Not a cheap scope. I call Burris, they could give me a RMA fast enough. Pleasant visit. Shipped it out. So I get an email. Scope unrepairable, give us a call. So, I research a little, and in short, I have a Burris velocity 5-25 x50 coming in the mail. Btw, I bought the black diamond used for $400

I just reread our exchange. I now think you meant you paid $400 for the used scope before finding out it was bad. I thought you had paid them $400 for it after they repacked it with a better model. I should slow down.
