Is Great!
While I was doing some load development for my 20 VT, I found the elevation turret cap on the Black Diamond to be seized. I reefed on it a bit and the whole turret turned out. It seems someone (ME) :-\ must have banged the top of cap as it had a slight dent. I don't know when I damaged the scope but oh well. I promptly sent the scope to Burris and it was returned to me repaired in 12 working days free of charge. 8 of those days where for shipping.
Hats off to Burris for the speedy turn around and Great service.

Very nice to hear! Thank you for sharing. Fears about their customer service have cost Burris my business twice in the past two years. I've been happy with their FFII line but have been hesitant to spend more on their other lines. Your comments help to quell those fears. Glad the treated you right.

That's why I posted it. It seems, at times, all we comment on are the negatives.
I've been using Burris scopes since '96. This is first problem I had and it was self inflicted. LOL...
I was a fan before and this really reinforced my confidence in Burris.

This pretty much sums it up for me as well. I had a signature get foggy and the AO quit working. Sent it in with a request to be updated on what they found. Took nearly 3 months and a lot phone calls to nice people who had no clue if they even had my scope or not. I like the Euro diamond I have, and some of the features Burris offers in certain scopes are exactly what I'm looking for but I am still hesitant.
