Looking for up dates from anyone shooting 6ppc using LT32. I've read all the info posted up to a few weeks ago. Now that things are getting going what's the word?

P.M Boyd Allen, I don't think he is shooting it but if anyone had some inside info it would probably be Boyd, super guy to talk to if you haven't already. You probably read what Speedy Gonzales wrote about it, if not it was in our daily bulletin a few months back.
Wayne.

Boyd has been helping me a lot. We're working with H322 right now. I had the chance to pick up some LT32. Not going there yet. One thing at a time.
Just curious how it was working out

It would seem that a good many people have the powder now. and it would seem you might hear some more imput on it. I have not shot it yet. I have been shooting a lot of the 2015 powder that is supposed to be the same as the LT32. it has shot well and from 28.0grs to 29.5 grs. I have not had the time to compare the 2015 that I have and the LT32 but it seems to me the LT32 I have is a little smaller than the 2015 I have. I never compared them, just going on memory. I just loaded 45 cases with the LT32 that need fired so I have them ready for a match next month. I annealed them, cleaned them ect. they all need fired once and trimed so I have them all on the same cycle and ready for the match. so I will see how it shoots. But may not be a valid test due to some have different neck tension, new barrel, just breaking it in. ect.

I just recently purchased the complete shop of a local gun smith the passed away. I have what appears to be a 8 pound jug of T322 I have never seen any before I'm guessing it might be to fast for anything that I shoot! could probably trade it for 4831sc

Hate to let the cat out of the bag, but your T32 is highly desirable unobtanium powder. If you advertise it on www.benchrest.com and auction it off (make offer), you will probably get a lot more than a trade for some powder that is currently available.

On the LT 32: I have shot it, and can offer some advice. Approach it with no tuning preconceptions that you have from other powders, and you should do just fine. I do not think that it needs as much neck tension as 133, and with the Berger Column bullets, a very small jump seems to work well. Start your load tests at 27 grains, and work up by .3. I think that you should hit two nodes before you reach 29. Although it is not dirty, you will need to clean more often and possibly with more aggressive chemistry than with 133. I am still working on this angle. At the Cactus Classic in Phoenix, I understand that 13-14 of the top 20 shot it. It measures very well, and is slightly faster and denser than 133. For those who do not need quite this much speed, the latest couple of years of Accurate 2015 has the same chemistry and grain size, except it is a little slower than 133, about a grain, but since it is denser, as a practical matter, by volume it is closer.

Got out and shot 10 different powder charges today. This was shot through a CED M2 chrono, 1-13.5 21" Krieger .237, Lapua brass, Bruno 68 BT, CCI BR4 primers, 68 dgrees, 35% humidity, powder dropped from older charge master.

27.0 grns. 3162 fps
28.5 grns. 3311 fps
29.7 grns. 3434 fps

Bolt lift was just starting to snug up but not bad and no click at the top, likely could go a little more, did not want to beat up my brand new barrel just yet.

The lot of powder on the lil sticker on the bottom of the jug is:
1
12 21 12

Did not shoot for accuracy only velocity. This was a Panda action if that matters.
