LT30 vs LT32

I want to try some Lt 30 in my ppc.Could someone tell me a ball park weight in grains .I will work up to it, looking for pressure signs!

Jeff hit on it but do be careful, particularly in this heat. Some shooters use the lt30 in cooler temps but go back to the lt32 this time of year.

True enough, I shoot 32 the year around just to keep it simple.
