Dang. Ya beat me to it!Check the freezer, I found the bottom metal for a FN rifle I’m restoring in my freezer just two months ago.
It just gets worse as you age especially with your wife
I’m 71 and it’s getting to be realsville folksI haven't lost her ....yet.
Just like your lost glasses falling off your head.If it makes you feel any better I looked for a tie today for 20 minutes until I bent over, and it fell off my shoulder.
Dusting? ....................like a turkey does?Accused one of my daughters of snaking my Zeiss range finder MIA for a year, Found it !!!!! two weeks ago, Some dumb azz put in in the box I keep short bipods in... I wondered what dip sh__ did that ?? Oh wait I kept forgetting to bring it to the range, So genius meput it on top of the bipods in the box.... Yep had reached into the box a dozen times since to grab one or two bipods, Just above eye level. good thing I dusted recently..... Maybe you should try dusting
LOLI love it when the Wife can't find HER glasses. Gives me another chance to FRISK her looking for them.Got to take advantage at every opportunity.

Lol
It's the THOUGHT that counts.
Me too, after 10 years in the same house. Also moved again this year, just finished getting everything in the house and the shed. Never knew I had so much stuff, and still cannot find the things I know I have. Finally, after two months, have enough of the reloading room stuff functional so I can reload.I moved last year....I have no idea where anything is.
Probably about 2013 it was the August super shoot in Missoula Montana it was Sunday after the match I was about the last one there told my boy to load our stuff he came running down from the benches said Dad our stuff is gone!… the early matches at Deep Creek it’s mostly locals I call them the regulars but the super shoot people from all over come. I walked up to the benches and all my rifles were there but my rests, bags, cleaning boxes and range boxes were gone!…I told the range officer that on the slight chance they were returned please call me, I was just sick it was several thousand dollars worth of stuff besides some of it was going to be hard to replace. Anyways said my goodbyes to the couple guys still there when I see a large plume of dust coming up the gravel road,… it was old Jack Peterson, a wonderful gent I had the privilege of getting to know and compete with, he was a local but that Subaru Wagon had never been that fast since he owed it!… he pulled in and said thank God I caught ya!… I bet you hate me about now!… of course I don’t hate ya why?… I accidentally took your stuff!…. Hate you!… I could kiss ya!.. thanks buddy had I known you took it I would have already been gone because I know you would give it back I figured it was on its way to California or further!… it’s a little off topic but it just goes to show ya most competitors are honest people!…..Was finishing up at the range. Picking up brass and pulling targets. Left my ear muffs on the bench. Didn't discover they were gone till I started digging my range bag at home. Oh well. No great loss. Got a couple more sets.
Next time at the range, saw the Range Master wearing MY muffs. They looked good on him so I was mum on the subject.![]()
