I clicked on a member, then find content of member and I could see our PM conversation.
Forum Boss: We did a cache rebuild and I believe have fixed this. The new software Re-categorized PMs as Direct Message.
When you look at your OWN Content History with the Profile Find button, it can display PMs but we do not think those are now visible to other members based on multiple tests.
