What new Sinclair rest?

I received a notification of an up graded competition rest from Brownells. Has a larger spindle and the base plate is solid steel. I like my older model but sold it after receiving a new SEB NEO X this year. I am not entirely in love with the SEB. Beautiful as it is and displays superb workman ship. Notification said back in stock and 15 minutes later I logged on to Brownells and they were sold out.
