Looking for the best & most consistent 500yd+ camera system.Define your mission,
The ones I’ve seen the camera tower is down range a signal is picked up by a cell phone. Slick deal’ depending on what side of the coin your on your opinion may vary.
Got my Target Vision LR in finally. I cannot be happier with it. Works great at 1K. Now I can shoot without having a target puller. Target is extremely clear and bullet holes are easily spotted.
I’ll have to try that. I am very impressed with the camera resolution. It was worth waiting the six months to get (I pre ordered in March).+1 Just got my LR-3 the other week. So far it's worked great in limited testing out to 600 yard. Found that the camera unit wi-fi is strong enough - I can connect my phone directly to the camera unit at 600 yards without using the receiver unit (ymmv). Image is high resolution 2688 x 1512.
I’m very happy with mine, although the furthest I’ve used it is at 200 yards when shooting my small bore rifle.
It’s a do-it-yourself job that was really easy and pretty inexpensive to build using an old camcorder, the display from an aftermarket car backup camera, and wireless transmitters for use in drones. Easy peasy for less than $100 if I recall correctly.
I bought the transmitter and receiver off amazon (see attached photo).
