Loading for a 6SLR, 7828 or 7828SSC?

Anyone with experience? Which works better?

I don't have any experience with either of these two.

I used 7828ssc in a 243 with 105gr Amaxs. Worked great, good velocities, and good accuracy. I would figure that anything 7828 can do, 7828ssc can do without running into compressed load issues.

7828ssc meters better and settles in the case better. This often overlooked powder works very well in the SLR.
