We used Reload Swiss RS60, which is Nitrochemie powder sold as Reloader 17 in the US. 28'' barrel and long action system.
50,5 to 51 gr got me a low node at 2850fps. 54,5got me high node at approx 2980-3000fps, but that was very hot load that needed hBn coating and had low brass life.
My impression is that the bullet is fine but needs careful sitting as the groups radically open as long as the jump increases over 0,3mm (approx 0,012'')

This load is too hot for my rifle. 56.5 worked well.
As always, start low and work up to suggested loads.

53-53.5 of RL17 gets my 162s moving at 2975-3000 from a 25" barrel. Accuracy is great and no pressure signs. This is on a short action with an OAL of 2.975. H4831sc/H4350 both will work as well and most times better accuracy. Will not get near 3000 fps with my spec action/OAL.

Pretty good way of putting it. Surprisingly my RL17 load is close if not as accurate as most of my 4831 loads. Hard to believe but just got lucky I guess. Wanted a velocity of 3000 and couldn't get it in any other powder. Guessing with the RL17, I'll lose barrel life but there's always a trade off.

52 to 53grs of H4350 works well in a couple of the 284s we shoot...

HI, I understand the discussion is quite long time ago but anyway ... as I am developing a load for my 284 Win Tikka T3x I am curious to know what is your maximum COAL for this load? My chamber max COAL for 162 gr ELD-X is 79.6 mm (3.134 "). Thx
