I was about there yesterday but without a degree or a particular skill there are many institutions like the grocery store, the power company, and the bank amongst others that say otherwise. Though outside any type of paid leave, I've only missed like 4 days in 25years. That's a skill isn't it? As matter of fact they paid me my vacation as a lump sum in Dec as I didn't use it last year.
