Wife tested some Alpha brass today for velocity to include ES and SDs, load was 41.1grs IMR4451, BR2s and Berger VLDH, .022" off, 1. 3037, 2. 3037, 3. 3044, 4. 3037, 5. 3037. For a comparison I chronod my rifle which has a 28" bbl, hers a 26"bbl and I was using Hornady brass with 105JLKs and got 10fps more on avg. My Hornady brass was marked for whether it was heavier or lighter and it showed up with the heavier pieces shooting a bit faster than the lighter pieces of brass, 3051, 3051, 3058, 3044 & 3037, last 2 pieces being the lighter shells. I guess the Alpha people didn't lie when they say their brass has consistent internal volume.
