I thought about this when trying to make Norma Dasher brass from Lapua 6.5x47 brass. It is doable using a standard 6BR FL or body die and finishing in a Dasher FL die, but the necks turn out very thick (.0150) and the case is so heavy you don't gain any capacity.
Upside is not having to fire form, and a 30 deg shoulder would mean you wouldn't have to even buy Dasher dies. Just bump the shoulder with 6BR dies and resize the base with a .308 FL die. And you would end up with some VERY strong brass.
Best solution I see is to use Lapua 6BR brass and live with the short neck, which will grow with each firing. It would be a LONG time before you would need to trim and the only downside would be the need to clean the carbon buildup from the chamber neck in the meantime, which I do anyway.
