Howdy guys. I thought I would put this out there to see if anyone is interested in competing against yourself. I have created a few Categories, Classes and Sub-Classes that your style of shooting should fit. It looks rather complicated up front but once ya stew on it for a while, it makes sense.
When all is said and done, all "classes" are about your cartridge's Trajectory
The following is subject to improvements. I know nothing of what I do.
All arms will be Lever Action Rifles (not all cartridge's are included in the list and can be added upon request). Preferred large enough for white tail deer as seen on Winchester's deer hunting loads.
Rifles are divided into Three Categories;
Open Sights
Peep Sights
Scoped
These three categories divided into Three Classes;
Open Sights - Basic/Ladder
Peep Sights - Tang/Receiver
Scoped - 50 yard Zero/100 yard zero/200 yard zero/300 yard zero.
Those eight classes are divided into sub-classes based on the trajectory of Winchester's deer hunting loads...using the heaviest bullet offered. Basically Winchester's Super-X deer hunting loads.
The Trajectory sub-classes are too numerous to list here, but I am sure there is one for everyone to be happy with. They can be seen here: Trajectory Sub-Classes
