Leupold VX-6 Vs Nightforce ATACR

So from your experience there are no vx-6’s that are any good! I shoot this gun out to 1000yrds every year before hunting season, it pretty much hits where I aim! I don’t like to push long shots on game, but it does have one shot kills at just under 800yrds on antelope, maybe you just got a lemon, not trying to argue the point, like I said the ATACR is a great scope, for me it’s also a lot more money. After all, even NF has scopes that have poa shifts!

I don't think that's what he was saying, I believe he was just making the point that the box test isn't the end all be all.
I think Leupold makes lots of great stuff, but no denying they have had a few misses and issues with some stuff lately. I don't know how many bad 7-42's I saw when they came out. So when the OP is trying to pick between the two the NF for 99% of the people is the easy winner. I am assuming the cost isn't a factor if he's saying it's one of the ones he's looking at.
