Letting Powder Breathe ??

"Prove" is too strong a word.

How about "suggest" then? Do the 10 shots suggest to you that leaving the powder out for months changed it significantly? (Keep in mind others' anecdotes indicated 50-100 fps change, but faster rather than slower.)

The only reason I Did this is because you guys were wondering if there would be a difference. I could of loaded more but this is my F Open rifle.
There was a guy at the range today from Lapua testing laods on a mechanical rest. I asked him about powder and he said powder was Hamagenous and that it absorbs moisture. He said powder has about a 12% moisture content. He said they keep it sealed as much as possible and they buy it in 33 lb boxes.

Was the first shot the 2752 ? and the target was 1/2 larger ? The ES other then the first shot or a total of 3. The fresh the ES was 19.
I would let some breath and try the test again.
I always let my powder breath My ES is always under 5 Your results are the same as I find. Larry
