When installing a tuner or muzzlebrake, do use a threadlocker? If so, do you use Rocksett, Loctite, or this?https://www.amazon.com/Vibra-TITE-19960-Temperature-Threadlocker-Translucent/dp/B07XW2ZTZL
If you don't use a threadlocker, do you use shims to tune it, crush washer, or machine down the brake for proper timing? I just honed down a crush washer to make a PCC FH/brake clock properly, because I don't really like the "permanantness" of Rocksett, but I'm still not completely confident, even know I torqued it about 20 ft/lbs, thus the interest in the Hot-Lock stuff. I have a Cortina Brake/tuner coming for a different rifle, so please share your thoughts before it arrives! Lol
Thanks Guys!
