You should be fine with 322. I don't often disagree with Dusty, but I can tell you that all the PPC shooters in our area in UBR matches are shooting LT 32 (one shoots LT 30). If I had picked up 8 lbs of 322 I would plan to use it. You probably wouldn't gain anything trying to load at the match until you are much more familiar with tuning on the fly. In all the matches in out general area I only know of one shooter who loads at the match and he didn't last time. In the future you might consider a tuner, but not really necessary now. Better to concentrate on the flags. One other thing, ignore the weather forecast
