Do you really get used to it?Mississippi. No need to say anything else, 98° and 90% humidity. Picked 3 rows of peas in long britches and a tee shirt, my socks were soaked with sweat. It'll cool off in November in time for Thanksgiving,,,, I hope.

Where I live, the hotter it gets, the drier it is. Say 95 f and 15% RH. At 105 it might be 9% humidity. Tough on the skin, though, turns to parchment. And at this altitude more of the bad ultraviolet gets through the atmosphere. But it cools off at night, typically drops 30+ degrees, in early fall a 45 degree drop is common.Mississippi. At 9 am, I’ve generally just finished breakfast. The smokin hot weather Babe is predicting 118 for Phoenix this weekend . Sunday , I believe . And newbies keep asking why we start 600 / 1,000 Practices at Daybreak . We're outta there by 9:30 , when it's still only around 100 . DUH !
