hi all, just had delivered this amazing thingy, i have classic eyepiece up to 50x magnification, i am thinking of also getting an extender which will boost it up to 90x. in the meanwhile, do you have any suggestions on set up like digiscope, which camera should i use.
this will be used as spotter, and while testing i had some issues to see 223 in black at 500m, so i was thinking about digital camera which will boost it even further.

Viewing .22 diameter holes @ 500 meters is no easy task. Especially if there is any mirage.

yes absolutely correct, so i need help on choosing camera so that i can try to digitally enhance/zoom the picture so i can make it over that gap and see .224 holes at 500+ meters.

so i need help with that, anyone with digiscope experience please help.

Have one just like it and the 1.8X tele-extender. I purchased the expensive Leica digital adapter 3 as it is the only one that will fit the large diameter eyepiece. Supposedly would fit small digital cameras and phones. Would not work with my Sony NEX7 small camera or my iPhone 6+. I returned it. Guess it is for the Leica small digital cameras and the new ones are very expensive. I did find only one universal camera adapter on Amazon that is large enough to go over the eyepiece. It was the Hawkeye universal cellphone adapter and was about $25. Not as good as I want and not that stable, but all I could find to fit what I have. May have to build my own mount.
