its not like it was in a specialized environment to start with so i dont think so however depending on the humidity in storage area it could either absorb or give up a litttle humidity. thats all i know- hopefully other more knowlegeable people than me will chime in.The last time I reloaded I did not put the lid back on the powder. It was off for about 4 days. Will this change anything? Just go ahead as normal?
That is a good practice.I've gotten in the habit of chronographing my loads when I'm reaching the end of a jug and Checking it against the new lot.
Drying out powder definitely makes it faster. Haven't experienced the other cause I live in such a dry climate.

I do the same thing. I just try to match the velocity and that works good for me.You could blend it with a fresh jug of powder.
Load it and get some Crono data.
I do this with my 8 lb jugs of powder. When the jug is down to about 3 lbs.Take a old date and mix with a newer jug. Load up my favorite load and watch the FPS. Adjust the grains until I get the FPS that I want.
