I had a lid come off of a 1 lb. Varget on the UPS truck. Was lucky enough to recover all but about 15 rds. worth.

I find it amazing how that inner foam seal only sticks to the bottle when you don't want it to.

Even after reading this thread, I invented a new one for myself. Switched the AutoThrower from 8208 to H4895. The scale was off but plugged in still from the last session. Turned on the scale, and as soon as it hit 0 the thrower dumped the last programmed charge. Yup, no cup in place. I turned off the scale but it threw three more charges before getting the message. At least I caught the last three in my hand.
