I have had a client call me about accidentally giving his child dog heartworm medicine. Same client called about 6 months later. He had grabbed some dog ear drop meds and snorted it thinking it was his nasal spray. Said the whole side of his head was numb.

We arrived here last Sunday to celebrate a cousin’s 90th birthday. I killed three live ones and picked up a bunch of dead ones. One looked dead but wasn’t. Glad I nudged it with my shoe before picking it up. Found three more live ones Monday morning and called the bug guys we have a contract with. They sprayed on Tuesday morning. I found four more “half dead”ones since. Folks tell me it’s a bad year for scorpions. Everybody is seeing more of them this summer.
My wife is mostly blind and walks around in bare feet, even tho I told her to wear her slippers. She says “it’s your job to clear the house of bugs!” I’m waiting for the scream!
