There was a famous defense attorney in Houston back in the 50s, named Percy Foreman. High profile murder cases was his specialty, and you better have plenty money. The story goes that he was consulting with a client on one of these type cases. As the meeting was over and the client was leaving, Percy asked "do you have witnesses to back up your alibi, or do you want me to get some?"
