Not sure, but it looks like the one at 7th/Broadway; passed (and visited it) often on way to Hall of Justice.

My friend John lives in Alaska, where it gets pretty cold on occasion. Sometimes, he says, it gets so cold that coffee from Starbucks is frozen by the time he takes it from the drive-through window and sets it in his cup holder.

But it froze so fast that the ice is still warm.
