Really good bbq doesn’t need sauce. Everyone knows that beans Do Not belong in chili, they belong in the garbage!

Beans are great and a good stretcher for chili. Justin Wilson also used saltine crackers for a stretcher, and I like the texture that gives chili too.

Relax, it’s not worth fighting over. Lol That’s referring to the pic earlier.

The RIGHT way to do this is make the Chili without beans. If you do add beans, then you are having Chili and Beans.

A much better use for those beans is to use them to make Southern style Baked Beans.

When i was a welder and wore a respirator all the time (was welding stainless and galvanized) and someone fired up a cancer stick or floated the green haze i about gagged. It had a very unique and unpleasant “flavor” through the respirator.
