My Grandmother worked at the Kilgore Munitions factory in Toone, TN. She made the Hand Grenades that my Father likely used while he was in Vietnam.Where I worked we made rockets to move mines.

I lived those days. And thankfully I did!
Still can beans... we went 100,000 miles on an old box fan!
And I remember at 2pm it was young and the restless. Could watch TV during that time or interup. Grandfather worked 3rd shift in coal mines. I got to get him up at 3:30pm. Half the house was off limits until then... man those days where the best! I still have his old mining hard hat, it is a treasure to me now. Old times and great memories....
