Large Rifle Primers

I'm mad now.
Who has any of the Federal Large Rifle primers in stock.
Either the 210 or the 215 br or what ever in stock.
What I don't understand why a person who doesn't shoot much need 10 Gazillion primers and then brags about it.
All I want is 1000 to last me a while.

Have you done a search using gunbot? It's usually up to date on items in stock.

As for your other comment about why someone has 10 Gazillion primers and brags, it's not about bragging or not shooting much it's about buying and putting away for times just like these. Same goes with ammo and powder. If I had a way to send you a thousand i would but I can't legally.

Sorry to read about your frustration. But HOARDING has been going on for a very long time, regardless of whose offended. Fact is, somewhere between our wonderful President, the probable chance that Hillary will be elected President and the foolishness coming out of an increasing number of states like California, drives people to HOARD as there are increasing signs that components are next on the list of the liberals to control or make it harder for law abiding citizens to obtain the supplies they need. Imagine, having to show ID and clear a background check just to buy ammo and not being able to buy ammo via the internet. The ground work for that is already being laid in some states and you can bet folks in those states don't give darn whether you get your primers or not, so long as they have theirs. Sad, but that's what the liberals have brought to bare. BTW, hope you get your primers because I know how frustrating it gets not to be able to find components you need.

I have about 700 215m left and they go fast but no 210m.
I lived in Ca for 20 years and I know what went on and whats going on. In Texas now it's better but no matter still have the hoarders. I'll keep searching.

Every few years things get in short supply, going back the entire of the 45 years I've been reloading. If you're shooting a couple of rifles in competitions 1,000 primers doesn't go too far either, nor does a pound of powder or anything else. That's a couple of weekends at most.

Learned a long time ago to keep enough on hand to last about two shooting seasons so as not to be left scrambling with load development when something runs out in the middle of the season. Also learned when purchasing to get all powder, primers, brass and bullets from the same lot number, and to roll over the stock powder and primers not letting it sit on the shelf indefinitely.

That's not hoarding, just common sense for the type of shooting I do.

I totally agree with you and sometimes share your frustration. Someone that match shoots etc. I have no issue with. Someone who profiteers, or shoots maybe 100 rounds a year and brags that he is sitting on 10,000 that ain't right. WD

Hey Thud. What state do you live in? Maybe one of use could get you a few hundred to get you by until you find some if you're within reasonable driving distance. I am in Montana and have a Gazillion 215M and 210M primers...not bragging

Lew, I don't consider it hoarding when I get low I generally order 5K at a time due to the hazmat fees. I have both 210's and 215's and can spare either. I'm in Denton and have a pretty full schedule during this week but could probably meet up somewhere this weekend if you don't find any before hand.
