Lapua does not drill their flash holes

The last box of lapua br brass I got had pretty good size burr around flash hole also.Needless to say I started deburring lapua brass.K and M makes a great deburr tool for the .0595 flashhole of the br brass...
That’s kinda were I’m at. My Redding deburr tool is too big for the Lapua brass, but so far haven’t seen any that needed it yet.

I Had actually forgotten about the smaller flash hole until I decided to deburr some.I was not in too big of a hurry so just decided to order one and wait on it before proceeding any further with loading.I will highly recommend the k@m tool I like the way its made and just works....for me anyhow...;)

Actually Dusty, I know someone with original brass from the development of the 6br case and the cases have no flash holes. This was from early development when they were testing flash hole size and how it affected accuracy. As far as how much of this brass went out to the public, I can't say.

Dave.
That was the remington basic BR case. Butch lambert has 450,000 or so left. That was the way they sold it
