Lapua customer service

Does anyone know of a good contact for a brass concern that I have? I've emailed their CS department twice from their website and also a guy named Kevin Thomas. So far nothing but crickets after close to two weeks.

Thanks for any advice!
 
I would try calling on a weekday like tomorrow and see if someone picks up. Emails as they may get a lot of them add up and it may take them a little while to get caught up. What was your concern with the brass you have ?

My apologies for the delay here but I've been out of the office (vacation, and completely off the web) for most of the past two weeks. Back in the office now, and can be reached at (660) 826-3232, or at my work email, kthomas@nammoinc.com. If you sent something to Lapua, it goes to Finland first, and then should be relayed on back to me here in the states. As I said, should be.
