Lapua Customer Service A+

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Kevin Thomas (our Lapua rep).
As many of you know, I create 30br brass for benchrest shooters, and I use EXCLUSIVELY Lapua brass. I had an issue come up and I emailed Kevin about it. Even though he was packing up to go the SHOT show, he returned my email, and told me he would get on it right away.

well.. He did!!!!

I pride myself on my customer service, and Kevin most certian made me feel he does the same thing.

Sure is nice to see someone go out of there way to praise someone. Lately it seem all that goes on is griping. Glad to hear Lapua took care of you on whatever problem you were having, Kevin always treats everyone with respect on here and seems to try to make everything right, I am even more happy you took the time to say thank you,....well done Wes.
