I ran my once fired lapua brass and got code 0163
I cleaned it in corn cob media before testing it.
Since this is how or when I anneal all my cases, after cleaning them.
 
Yes, if you look at the screen all codes actually start with a 0
Most just post the code without the "0"
So 163
