L.E. Wilson 6 Dasher FL Bushing Die

Any issues with using a Wilson FL Bushing die? I read not to use a Redding because it doesn't size enough at the .200 line

I recently switched all my bushing dies to Wilson. Some use Wilson bushings, some use Redding TiN bushings I had on hand. No issues that I can see using the Redding bushings.

Yes, but it don’t matter about the necks. I use it with a 30BR 331nk and 6BR 268 NK. Just my experience about the body with the redding dies.

You read correctly about the Redding not sizing enough at the .200 line. I recently made the switch to a Wilson FL Bushing die, and now I can bump my Dasher shoulder .002 and close my bolt with ease.

I'm using fireformed Lapua BR brass with unturned necks, and the .264 bushing gives me the neck tension I'm looking for. No noticeable difference from the Redding in that regard.

Great thanks just wanted to double check as I usually use Redding dies

I have a Redding and have zero problems bumping the shoulder or sizing at the .200 line.
There must be more to it. The specs of your chamber maybe?

It very well could be the case that the Redding FL-S just didn't work well with my chamber. However the Wilson die sized my brass narrower at the .200 line than the Redding, and that was necessary for my chamber. For anyone who's interested, my chamber was cut using a JGS reamer with a 0.4707 dimension at the .200 line.

i’ve sized about 2500 rounds with the LE wilson die

good stuff, only other die i would consider is the harrells die to size the base more for hotter loads
