Kudos to RCBS

Just to let you know that RCBS replaced my Charge Master 1500 when it was 3 months past the warranty
when it failed. Sent it to them (RCBS) Feb. 28, 2013 (it would not power up) and got a new replacement 3-13-13. Cost, shipping both ways. That's good service

Over the years I have never found a better company than RCBS with customer support for their products. This is going back to 60's!

I have two RCBS Jr presses, one I've had since 1965 and the other I purchased used in 1995. Recently the shellholder ram pin broke so I disassembled the press and also noticed the toggle link pin was well worn. So I went to the RCBS web site to see if parts were available for a 48 year old press that isn't currently made. Lo and behold I found a parts breakdown with part numbers and a customer service number. Called customer service and explained my problem and was told the parts were still available and in stock. I explained I had two presses and would like three (different) pins and a bow washer for each press. The rep asked for my name and address and said they would send the parts to me and (get this) AT NO CHARGE. Not even shipping. Really surprised me. Took a week from phone call to delivery. So, to RCBS---Well done and thank you! ;D
