Just wanted to commend Trijicon on their FAST customer service ! Contacted them about my windage turret mark being about halfway off the witness mark. I sent the scope on 5/9, they recieved it on 5/12....Today, 5/18, I recieved the notice it was on its way!!! 6 DAYS from receiving it to being shipped ! I totally understand that it was maybe "only" replacing the turret ???..I don't care....Unless I'm someone special,(I'm not) I was still placed in to a number system for warranty work. So, either they are extremely fast,(they are) or don't have alot of warranty work, (A very good sign of quality) or the God's smiled on me. Just wanted to commend a company that gave exceptional service on their product, and in a very fast time.rsbhunter
