Absolutely great people. I went to a SuperShoot just to shop the vendors in 2010. Ian took the time to give me a tour of the facility. Had a great time!!!!

I broke the shoe off of one of their triggers being a dumb a$$. They fixed it for free and even called and asked me how light I wanted it set before shipping back to me. I tried to pay, as it was squarely my fault. They wouldn't allow me to, so I asked why not??? They said it was because I was honest with them on how it happened.

Can't ask for better service than that!
