This will come as no surprise, but Kelbly's just took awesome care of me. I broke one of their triggers while transporting a barreled action to my smith. Snapped the shoe right off. Completely my fault. I sent it in and got it back within two weeks (even with a FedEx mistake - thanks Ryan). The best part... they didn't charge a thing. Not even for return shipping.

I have been dealing with Kelbly's for 10+ years. Had one small problem years ago, and they made it right, right now. It's really hard to find that kind of customer support these days.

While at Super Shoot, damn, a long time ago, I was going to say a few years ago. I had a problem with a round and rapped pretty hard on the bolt handle. It broke off. I walked right into a conversation George Kelbly was having with another guy about bolt handles breaking. He said something like he sees them from time to time and the guys say I just tapped it and it broke. That's when I showed them mine. George asked how it happened and I said it was stuck so I hit it with a piece of 2X4. George used me as an example of an honest guy. They fixed it free of charge and life moved on. How can you beat service like that?
