Just bought some Hornady 17 HMR (10 boxes) at one of our local stores. I've been looking for about 4 months and wasn't willing to pay the gougers the 2X inflated prices. Hopefully things will start loosening up. Keep the faith !

Where are you out of? Got a buddy that i was just talking to this morning about HMR ammo. His looking for 20gr XTP ammo. Tried to help him out, but I only have 17gr for mine.

I've been seeing 17 hmr around. There's not as much demand for it. Also centerfire that is not owned commonly like 6.5x55 Swede.

My 17 HMR likes the Hornady 17 grain. Picked it up at the Cabelas in Farmington Utah.

If you he has a Murdochs Ranch Supply near him check there, I was in the local one a couple of days ago and there were at least 75 boxes of 20 gr on the shelf - at normal prices. (They won't ship)

Nearest Murdochs is Evanston Wyoming. 70+ miles away. I'll check it out next time I pass through. Thanks.
