Just mounted a scope and it won't zero?

If a scope is optically centered then you shouldn’t have to adjust a scopes windage very much at all to bore sight it and zero at 100 yards unless there’s something wrong with your rings and/or base. When I do a full alignment and lap/bed scope rings, I rarely have to adjust more than 1-2 MOA to get windage centered on target at 100 yards.
You can bed and center all you want but if the mounting holes were drilled incorrectly you will not be able to zero your scope. The Burris rings with inserts are a simple and easy way to correct the problem and protect the scope tube from ring marks. Depending on the rings your using you can some times fix the problem by turning the rings 180 degrees.

Scope is a $1500.00 Leupold and windage and elevation neither have enough adjustment to get the bore sighter on the crosshairs. Any ideas?
Probably not the wisest thing around "these parts" to post that you have a boresighter
