JP MOR-07 chassis for 700sa/clone?

Does anybody have any experiences with one of these I know it is similar to a aics but a little different. I have shot tube guns and love them, this is a similar platform only not glue in and has a folding stock and 2 different forends available.

would love to hear any feedback on it.
