jlk bullets

A lot about very little,I'am quite sure if you call them they will gladly send you a dozen bullet's,they do not short anyone on purpose.

JKH, Seriously, I do think they are weighed vs counting. But the count should match the label.

I personally end up with a few extra, but, I order either 500ct or 1000ct buckets.

There good bullets, and Swampy is a good person. He is more than willing to help.

Like I said, I would send you the 6 or 12 bullets (if I had them) your short as Swampy has always help me.

Dennis

PS: Haven't you bought a bag of potatoe chips only to get 4 in the bag? ;D

I think we have all made our point, a simple phone call would probaby be best.

OH, if anyone does have a few extra of these bullets, I will buy them and pay postage to our OP so our OP will be happy.
"know what I mean"

Anyone who is unhappy with a vender.manufacturer should give them a chance to fix (the phone is pretty effective) the problem before any thing is broadcast on the net.

Keep in mind that no one is perfect and we can all make mistakes, I measure the quality of a manufacturer by what they do after they have made a mistake. I think most manufacturers work hard to maintain their reputation and realize that the net can be used to hurt their reputation, that is one of the reasons why most will work hard to fix a mistake.

It's been a while since I've visited this forum and I saw this thread and had to comment. Like others have suggested, call JLK and give him a chance to fix it. My bullets arrive 1000 to a bucket and I admit I've never actually counted it and I probably never will, but I don't think JLK is intentionally screwing anybody.

IMO JLK makes a great bullet. I still plan to use them even though the price has recently increased. Comparing apples to apples, JLK is probably one of the most expensive bullets available...but you get what you pay for!

Out here.

This thread very quickly evolved into an excellent advertisement for JLK, although I doubt he really needed it. One idiotic rant from an unknown and then dozens of seasoned shooters disputing the claim based on years of dealing with JLK. Shooters take care of their own!

This is not what this forum is about, and not the place to do it.

Enought said . . . JLK is and will continue to be one of the best bullet makers around. I am going to poke around and see if I can find a b*tch board and post the link so we can continue will the basic's of this site. Educate and learn.

I recently got some new JLKs delivered. Remembering this thread, I counted the batch of 125 and it came out to 126 bullets. I also got a bucket of 1100 6.5s but I'm not counting that. Point being, I seriously doubt JLK is out to screw anyone. I would chalk up the OP's problem to simple human error; it happens. Go out and shoot what ya got!

These are original JLK,s (jimmy lynn knox) bullets. Swampworks (Steve Millholland) Did not package these bullets. They where made long before he took over the business. So no need to get ramped up about it. Sounds like they where repackaged again buy someone else. Ive known Steve for many years. He is a very meticulous caring individual. Believe me he is not out to get anybody. And didn't . Enough said.

i just gave away a box of 70 vlds as a gift to a new friend...great bullets, just shooting more mag length 223 lately. follow the advice of the forum and call them.
cheers,
doc
