Jam or jump Berger flat base target bullets?

I mostly use vld bullet types but I have a 12 twist 243ai and I am shooting 68 gn Berger flat base target bullets and wanted to see where you guys recommend seating them. I usually always start with a jam and work in for presure purposes but I was wondering your guys thoughts if you had any experience with them.
Thanks
Don

Don: If you mean the 68 gr. Berger #24411, that is my main bullet for the slow twist 6ppc's and 6BR's. In my Kriegers & Bartleins they "like" to be seated "just touching" the lands. Tried jumping .010" and .020" and also jammed .010", but seated to touch remains the standard.

For whatever this may be worth, I shoot Bart's 68 Ultra FB's in my Savage Benchrest 6mmbr with a 1:8 twist barrel. Like fdshuster, just touching the lands provides me with the best results at 100 - 200yds.

Thanks guys I'll obviously play around but wanted a place to start as if it shoots well right off the bat there is a confidence factor in the gun that I get that is a bit tougher to have if you have to play for weeks to find what it likes. I know that doesn't mean anything but confidence makes me shoot better.
