Jam nut question Savage vs Remage

I am a Savage prefit guy and does all my own work. I have all the tools to do so. A friend of mine want to do a remage rebarrel and I know that the action wrench will fit either action. However, does anyone know if the jam nut wrench works on both?

Just buy a jam nut that works with a savage wrench.

getting the recoil lug straight on a Remington is a little different than a Savage. May need a different tool.
