I'm seriously considering getting bullet swaging dies and making my own bullets,168-180gr 7mm), but I've heard that the supply of J4 or other quality jackets are a problem.

Who can I contact for a steady and relyable supply of J4 jackets?

Call Berger they make the J4 jackets. I've never had a problem getting them, The key is to anticipate when you will need and plan accordingly.

Chris, Berger/J4 usually ships jackets within 8 weeks of your order. I've gotten them quicker at times, also....depends on what they have in stock,if any) and when what you need will be run.
