It's that time of year. Let's see those kills.

My loader has been parked at neighbors house for a while as I am doing some work for them. I saw where squirrels chewed the end off their gutter. When I saw squirrels roaming under my loader I had to take action. Drove my Suburban over to neighbors driveway and from seated position.. 35 yards. FX M3 / .22 cal.IMG_1578.jpeg

They've been up for about a month now, and I finally went out and shot a few. Model 43 Winchester, 218Bee. Didn't take my tripod or anything else in the way of frills. Typical spring day for around here -- about 30 degrees at 30 MPH. Used a power pole to rest along side, and it took me about five shots to connect. I thought range was about a hundred yards and when I walked out to the kills, it was more like 150. I shot about twenty shots before I froze out, and only had three confirmed kills. jd
