It's all true. Constitutional framework modification has been happening forever. All these things are stopping this from further occurance. It won't happen immediately. Even tho it was decided by the supreme Court, many states and cities will push back and follow the states and cities current laws and will need to be challenged on these new rulings. People will still be charged and need to go to court to defend their actions. That is the sad part.

Hey Fellers, neither could I. One of my sons found it last week and asked me about, I watched it, and then set out to see if it's the real deal. I can't substantiate it which doesn't mean much because of my poor computer skills. I figured by now that some of the "sho nuff computer guroos" on the site could say one way or the other. How ever, I've noticed that the Sig 320 controversy is still lingering with no concrete answers.... John

The guy that posted the video on youtube is making money.

If it can't be verified by some means then it is suspect. I can't count the number of 2A videos with claims of decisions and such that are total fabrications. Both for and against.

Look up the docket of court proceedings and decisions. Easy to find and are all public record.
